Itinerary
Day 1 . Delhi
Fly from London to Delhi
Day 2 . Delhi
Following transfer to your hotel, visit the Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Shanti Van, Raj Ghat, Humayun Tomb, Qutab Minar and pass through India Gate and the President House.
Day 3 . Jaipur
Drive to Jaipur, popularly known as the Pink City. Visit the pink cities markets and bazaars, with an evening visit to the dance show at Choki Dhani.
Day 4 . Jaipur
Visit the Amber Fort on elephant back, later visiting the City Palace, Hawa Mahal and Jantar Mantar. Evening at leisure.
Day 5 . Agra
Continue to Agra where you visit the Taj Mahal for sunset. En route visit the sand stone city of Fatehpur Sikri.
Day 6 . Khajurahoo Via Jhansi
Transfer to the railway station for your train to Jhansi. Head to Khajuraho, visiting the UNESCO heritage temple complete famous for its carvings and sculptures. Evening at leisure.
Day 7 . Varanasi
Fly to Varanasi, known as 'The oldest city in the world', visiting the Ghats where people prayers, temples and watch the arti ceremony.
Day 8 . Sarnath
Take a sunrise boat ride on the river Ganges with a later a city tour of Varanasi. Visit Vishwanath Temple and the gold plating on the Shikharas. Afternoon visit Sarnath, the place where Lord Buddha preached his first sermon more than 2500 years ago.
Day 9 . Kathmandu
Fly to Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal. Visit the Swayambhunath Stupa holy shrine in Kathmandu valley, Darwar square, the ancient city of Kathmandu and Kumari Ghar, a blissful temple dedicated to Kumari - the living Goddess.
Day 10 . Kathmandu
Visit the Pashupati Nath temple, the Bhaktapur Durbar Square, 'The City of Devotees', and the ancient city of Patan, the ancient city of Patan.
Day 11 . Royal Chitwan National Park
Drive onto Chitwan National park, visiting the incredible wildlife including the Royal Bengal tiger, the endangered one horn Rhinoceros, and more then 420 species of birds recorded inside the park.
Day 12 . Pokhra
Embark upon a visit to the picturesque town of Pokhra situated at an altitude of 9000ft on the bank of Phewa Lake and in lap of magnificent Annapurna and Summit of Machhapuchhre.
Day 13 . Pokhra
Take a boat ride to the Phewa Lake before stepping foot onto temple situated in the middle of the lake. Visit the peak of Sarangkot hill.
Day 14 . Kathmandu
Transfer to Kathmandu through scenic mountain terrain. Afternoon at leisure.
Day 15 . Boudhanath - Kathmandu
Visit Boudhanath, one of the largest stupors in South Asia, located just east of Kathmandu. It is the focal point for Tibetan Buddhism in Nepal. Later visit Nagarkot, east of Kathmandu valley with grand views of Mt Everest.
Day 16 . London
Day at leisure before transferring to the airport for your return flight.
