This itinerary has proved to be one of our most popular with visitors commenting on the different themes combined within this trip. The journey begins with a sightseeing tour in Delhi including the India Gate and Jama Masjid, India's largest and oldest mosque. The trip then takes you to the Pink city of Japiur where you embark upon an elephant back ride to the top of the Amber Fort. One of the Jaipur highlights includes a visit to the Chokhi dhani village resort for cultural dance activities and an evening meal.

The trip then heads to India's finest tiger sanctuary, the Ranthambore reserve, which is famous for its viewings of the rare Royal Bengal tiger. Following four tiger safaris, the trip then takes you to the Agra for a monument visit to the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort built by the Shah Jahan family.

On arrival into Delhi, you then fly to Bagdogra transferring to Darjeeling where you spend 4 glorious days on the Himalayan foothills taking a ride on the famous toy train built by the British in 1926 along with visits to the tea hills and Tiger Hill for views of the surrounding mountain peaks. This is a special itinerary integrating the themes of classic India, Wildlife and the outdoor spirit.
