Step 1: Booking a Elephant India Journey

Making a trip booking couldn't be any simpler. Once you have selected an itinerary or decided upon a tailor made itinerary with your tour consultant, all the services required for a booking will begin once a completed booking form has been received. Therefore, before making a Private Journey booking it is important that you contact our Reservations department. Following this our India Tour Consultants will be able to advise you on the departure dates with regards to flight schedules discuss any requests for changes to the itineraries and make note of special requests for the trip you have selected. It is also an important time to discuss other important information regarding your selected holiday.

Step 2: Contacting The Reservations Department

Our offices are open for telephone reservations as follows:
• 8am to 8pm on weekdays
• 9am to 5pm on Saturdays
• 10am to 4pm on Sundays and Bank Holidays

Step 3: Completing a Booking Form

Once you have finalised the India holiday you wish to book, you will need to read and agree to our Booking Conditions and then complete and return a booking form. The booking form can be downloaded from our website, or can be posted to you on request. The form is to be returned either via email or by post to our address.

For a reservation to be valid you will need to include a deposit payment (20% of the total holiday cost). If you are making your booking within eight weeks of departure then full payment will need to be made at the time of booking.

Step 4: Confirmation

Once we have received your Elephant India Holidays booking form, we will request the various services that will make up your holiday and send you a confirmation invoice.
